Open Access Policy
All research articles published in The International Journal of Information Technology and Computer Science Applications (IJITCSA) are made fully open access. This means that they are immediately and freely available for anyone to read, download, and share without restriction. Articles are published under the terms of a Creative Commons license, which allows for use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided that the original work is properly cited.
Based on the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), the core criteria for open access are:
1. Free availability of scholarly literature on the public internet.
2. No financial, legal, or technical barriers to access, aside from those related to internet connectivity.
3. Permissions granted to users to: Read, download, copy, distribute, print, and search.
4. Link to full texts.
5. Crawl content for indexing.
6. Use texts for data mining or any other lawful purpose.
The only constraint: proper attribution and preservation of authorial integrity.
